Established in 1999 who would have thought that Hip Hop icon Jay Z would have been so successful in fashion as he has been in his music career. What once focused on jeans and other clothing for men has now evolved to providing first class handbags and clothing for women. Rocawear handbags are not what one may expect if they haven’t much knowledge about the brand.

When I first heard about Rocawear handbags I must admit I thought that they would be extremely expensive and too outrageous to be used daily, but after glancing through their current collection I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The bags are actually very good value for money with many costing around $50. They come in many shapes and sizes from small clutch purses to large satchels.  One thing I have noticed is that they all have a trendy urban theme yet are rather sophisticated meaning all ages of women can wear them.

Take the Rocawear Staying Alive Tote for instance, this bag is simple and comes in a choice of two colors, navy or green. I choose the green as it is perfect for summer and brightening up my outfit. The bag is lightweight yet well made so is ideal for using during the day at work or college and as it is 13.5 inches in height there is more than enough room inside the large zipped compartment to fit all you daily necessities in.

Rocawear is defiantly a brand that I will take note of in future, plus if it good enough for the lovely Beyonce how can I ignore this brand!
